As we both know these kind of headlines and images stick in the mind of those who see them, and there’s no way ‘Bangkok returns to normal’ is going to get anywhere near the same amount of coverage.
As most things, the media blows the situation way out of proportion. No doubt it is serious situation, but really no more serious than the bloods & crips street wars of the 90s… with such headlines/images as above, you’d think we were in full blown civil war–far from reality!
